The Ministry
of Interior lays down the necessary elements
in order to make its strategy and programs successful

of skills of the workforce.

establish an efficient system that will evaluate
and select the best candidates for higher positions
in different police departments.

to choose different alternatives for the same.

adopt a more flexible and practical administrative
system for the Ministry and to set up integrations
for its divisions.
